The builder sent me an email with some updates. All of these were expected except the shower ceiling, which was uncertain whether it could get done in time.

  • Today the Venetian plastering shower ceiling [was done].
  • Hardwood floors installation complete today with sealer coat applied.
  • Saturday 2 coats of finish. A final coat at completion of all second [floor] tasks.
  • Monday backsplashes installed.
  • Monday Primary shower door installed with right hardware along with shelves.
  • Tuesday start installation of vinyl floor. Should take 3 days to complete.
  • Driveway binder coat hopefully next week.
  • Stamski [surveyors / civil engineers] final as-built [inspection] to be done.
