The rain finally let up and it turned out to be a beautiful day on the river. Daphne and I went out kayaking.

And here is a picture of the bald eagle nest on the southwestern shore of the bay. Unfortunately the eagles were not home when I tool the picture although they had returned later (when I was too far away for a good picture).
