This first picture is actually someone’s driveway, with a deer giving me the eye.
And this picture shows our local herd of cattle who graze on Concord owned land at along Sudbury Road near Route 2.

There was a deer calmly grazing right next to the bike path running from alewife into Belmont. It seemed to have classified bicycles as nonthreatening; I think I passed less than two feet from it, after making sure that it saw me and wasn’t going to startle.
