Schedule Update

Here is what the next few weeks look like:

• Week of May 4:
  • Finish deck platform installation
  • Install game room cherry beams
  • Continue site (landscaping) work
• Week of May 11:
  • Continue site (landscaping) work
  • Kitchen and pantry cabinets get delivered
  • Preparation for front stoop stone
  • Finishing phase for electrical devices and plates
  • Deck railings arrive
• Week of May 18:
  • Continue site (landscaping) work
  • Install screen panels around HVAC units
  • Start bathroom tile installation
  • Install front stoop stone
• Week of May 25:
  • Finishing phase for alarm and safety systems
• Week of June 1:
  • Lightning protection system installation

I am sure that I a missing some work, but this is from the architect’s summary after this weeks meeting.

Things remain on the new schedule for now, but past behavior is no guarantee of future performance.

Current estimated occupancy date: July 31, 2026 (no change).
